The Aaromach Command Center is a private field service management platform used by Aaromach to coordinate dispatch, work orders, technician activity, client requests, project records, scheduling, communications, documentation, and operational records.
The Platform is not available to the general public. Platform access requires explicit authorization from Aaromach. Submitting a public form, contacting Aaromach, or requesting services does not guarantee approval as a client, acceptance of a service request, or access to the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Access

Be at least eighteen (18) years old;
Be an authorized Aaromach employee, contractor, technician, approved client representative, administrator, or other approved user;
Maintain valid login credentials, which may include a Google account if Google authentication or Google integrations are used;

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Aaromach may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke access to the Platform at any time.
4. Public Website and Request Forms
Aaromach may operate public-facing websites, service request forms, client request forms, contact forms, embedded forms, and informational pages related to its Services and Platform.

Create internal records;
Create or update client, project, service, or work order records;

Falsification of records, fraudulent submissions, or intentional misuse of Aaromach systems may result in immediate termination of Platform access, nonpayment or correction of disputed amounts where legally permitted, removal from assignments, termination of engagement, legal action, or other appropriate remedies.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project, site, contact, billing, access, and service information.
Clients must ensure that Aaromach personnel, contractors, or assigned technicians have reasonable and safe access to any work site, equipment area, network room, panel, device, system, or other location necessary to perform the requested work.
Clients are responsible for:
Obtaining permission from property owners, managers, tenants, or other required parties;

Aaromach is not responsible for delays, failed service attempts, additional costs, incomplete work, or inability to perform caused by inaccurate information, lack of access, unsafe conditions, missing credentials, third-party restrictions, unavailable equipment, client-caused delays, or conditions outside Aaromach’s reasonable control.
8. Services, Estimates, Quotes, and Scheduling
Aaromach may provide estimates, quotes, proposals, service windows, scheduled appointments, dispatch plans, project plans, or work order details. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, estimates, quotes, and schedules are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if conditions change.

Inaccurate or incomplete information;
Expanded scope;
Additional labor requirements;
Required materials or equipment;
Safety concerns;
Access limitations;
Third-party vendor or platform issues;
Weather or travel conditions;
Client-requested changes;
Circumstances outside Aaromach’s reasonable control.
Scheduled service times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Aaromach does not guarantee exact arrival times, completion times, or service outcomes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. Payments, Invoices, and Disputes
Fees, rates, deposits, travel charges, materials, reimbursements, payment terms, cancellation charges, and payment due dates may be stated in a quote, invoice, service agreement, work order, statement of work, written communication, or other Aaromach-approved document.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.
Clients must raise any invoice dispute in writing by contacting support@aaromach.com within seven (7) days of receipt. Undisputed amounts remain due while any disputed portion is being reviewed.
Aaromach may suspend services, pause work, withhold deliverables, decline additional requests, restrict Platform access, or take collection action for unpaid, overdue, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back accounts to the extent permitted by law.
Amounts paid are generally non-refundable once services have been performed, labor has been dispatched, materials have been purchased, or work has begun, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Aaromach.
10. Materials, Hardware, Software, and Third-Party Systems
Aaromach may install, configure, troubleshoot, support, document, or coordinate hardware, software, networks, devices, systems, platforms, applications, tools, or services manufactured, owned, hosted, operated, licensed, or controlled by third parties.

12. Google Authentication and Google Integrations
The Platform may allow users to sign in with Google or connect Google services, including Google Calendar, where authorized by the user or organization.

You agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it to any unauthorized person or third party during or after your engagement with Aaromach.
