Public-facing service request forms, client request forms, contact forms, embedded forms, and intake pages;
The Aaromach Command Center platform, including its administrative, technician, and client portals, available at https://app.aaromach.com or any related Aaromach-controlled app domain;
Aaromach’s field service, technical support, installation, maintenance, dispatch, project coordination, client communication, and related business operations.
By using the website, submitting a request, accessing the Platform, authorizing an integration, communicating with Aaromach, or receiving Aaromach services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. About Aaromach and the Platform
Aaromach provides field service, technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, project coordination, dispatch, and related operational services.
The Aaromach Command Center is a private field service management platform used by Aaromach to manage service requests, client requests, work orders, dispatch, assignments, technician activity, client records, project records, scheduling, communications, documentation, and operational records.
The Platform is not available to the general public. Platform access is limited to authorized Aaromach personnel, contracted technicians, approved client representatives, administrators, and other users approved by Aaromach.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to individuals and organizations that interact with Aaromach, including:
Aaromach employees, administrators, and staff;
Contracted technicians, subcontractors, and field personnel;
Approved client representatives;
Prospective clients who submit public request forms;
Individuals who contact Aaromach through the website, email, phone, forms, or other communication channels;
Users granted access to the Aaromach Command Center;
Visitors to Aaromach’s public website or online pages.
The Aaromach Command Center is primarily a private business platform, not a consumer-facing public application. However, Aaromach may collect information from public website visitors and form submitters who request services, apply for client access, or contact Aaromach.

A. Account and Identity Information

Location data may be collected only when enabled by device settings, browser permissions, Platform settings, or operational requirements. Users can control certain location permissions through their device or browser settings, but disabling location access may limit some Platform features or operational functions.
F. Google Account and Google API Information
If you use Google Sign-In or authorize Google integrations, Aaromach may collect or access limited Google-related information necessary to provide requested Platform functionality.
This may include:
Your Google account email address;
Your Google account profile identifier;
Basic Google profile information used for authentication;
Google Calendar information, if calendar synchronization is enabled;
Calendar event details necessary to display, create, update, or synchronize relevant scheduling information;
Authentication tokens or authorization data necessary to maintain the integration.
Aaromach does not request Google data unless it is needed for authentication, scheduling, calendar synchronization, operational coordination, or another user-facing Platform feature.
G. Usage, Device, and Technical Information
We may collect:

Operating system;

Login timestamps;
Pages or features accessed;
Actions taken within the Platform;

Approximate device or network information.

Aaromach does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How We Use Google User Data
If you authorize Google Sign-In or Google integrations, Aaromach uses Google user data only for the purposes necessary to provide or improve user-facing Platform features.
Google user data may be used to:
Authenticate your account;
Confirm your identity;
Create or manage your Platform user profile;
Enable role-based access;
Sync relevant scheduling information with Google Calendar, if enabled;
Display relevant calendar events inside the Platform, if enabled;
Create, update, or manage relevant calendar events for assignments, appointments, or scheduling, if enabled;
Maintain the security and functionality of the authorized integration;
Troubleshoot integration issues at your request or as needed for Platform operation.
Aaromach does not use Google user data for advertising. Aaromach does not sell Google user data. Aaromach does not use Google user data to create unrelated user profiles. Aaromach does not allow humans to read Google user data unless necessary for security, support, legal compliance, troubleshooting, or with your permission.
Aaromach’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Sharing of Information
Aaromach may share information only as necessary for business, operational, legal, security, or service-related purposes.
We may share information with:
A. Authorized Aaromach Users
Information may be visible to authorized Aaromach administrators, staff, technicians, project participants, or client representatives based on role, permission level, assignment, client relationship, project involvement, or operational need.
B. Clients and Client Representatives
Information related to a client’s own service requests, projects, work orders, documents, communications, or service records may be shared with approved client representatives.
C. Technicians and Contractors
Information needed to perform assigned work may be shared with technicians, contractors, subcontractors, project leads, or field personnel. This may include client contact information, site addresses, scope details, work order notes, access instructions, project files, assignment details, and scheduling information.
D. Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the Website, Platform, and Services. These may include:
Google Firebase;
Google Cloud;
Firebase Authentication;
Firestore;
Firebase Storage;
Google Calendar APIs, where authorized;
Email or communication providers;
Payroll providers;
Accounting or invoicing providers;
Hosting, analytics, monitoring, security, or technical support providers.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to Aaromach or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and policies.

Aaromach uses Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure to store and process Platform data. This may include Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, hosting, and related Google Cloud services.
Aaromach uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:
Role-based access controls;
User authentication;
Permission-based access restrictions;
Firebase Security Rules;
HTTPS encryption for data in transit;
Access monitoring and logging;
Account-based restrictions;
Administrative review of user roles and permissions;

No website, platform, cloud service, database, or transmission method is completely secure. Aaromach cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their own credentials, devices, accounts, and access permissions.

8. Data Retention
Aaromach retains personal, operational, client, technician, project, payroll, billing, service, and Platform data for as long as reasonably necessary to support business operations, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights, and satisfy tax, payroll, accounting, safety, insurance, or contractual requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.
Examples include:
Account records may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period after deactivation;
Technician records, assignment records, payroll-related records, reimbursement records, and work logs may be retained as needed for payroll, tax, legal, dispute, or business recordkeeping purposes;
Client records, project records, service records, invoices, and work order documentation may be retained for business, contractual, warranty, tax, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes;
Public form submissions may be retained to evaluate requests, maintain communication history, create records, prevent abuse, and support business operations;
Google integration data may be retained only as necessary to provide the authorized integration, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal or business obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, Aaromach may delete, archive, anonymize, or securely retain it according to business and legal requirements.
9. User Choices and Controls
Depending on your relationship with Aaromach and applicable law, you may request to:
Access personal information Aaromach maintains about you;
Correct inaccurate or outdated information;
Delete certain information, subject to legal, contractual, payroll, tax, operational, safety, security, or recordkeeping obligations;
Restrict or object to certain processing where applicable;
Withdraw consent for optional features where consent is the basis for processing;
Disconnect Google integrations, where available;
Request information about how your data is used or shared.

Aaromach may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information cannot be deleted if Aaromach must retain it for legal, payroll, tax, accounting, contractual, safety, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
10. Google Integration Choices
If Google Sign-In is enabled, you may be required to use a Google account to authenticate into the Platform, depending on your assigned access method.
If Google Calendar or another Google integration is enabled, you may be able to disconnect or revoke access through:
The Platform, where supported;
Your Google account permissions settings;
Your organization’s Google Workspace administrator, where applicable;
A request to Aaromach at support@aaromach.com.
Disconnecting a Google integration may limit or disable certain Platform features, including calendar synchronization, scheduling visibility, or assignment-related calendar updates.
11. Location Data Choices
Where location features are enabled, users may control certain location permissions through their device, browser, or operating system settings.
If you disable location permissions, some Platform features may not work correctly, including field check-ins, dispatch verification, job location tracking, or location-based operational features.
Aaromach may still collect site addresses, work order locations, service addresses, and manually submitted location-related information as part of normal business operations.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Aaromach’s Website and Platform may use cookies, local storage, session storage, authentication tokens, analytics tools, or similar technologies to:
Keep users signed in;
Authenticate users;
Maintain sessions;
Remember user settings;
Improve Website or Platform performance;
Support security;
Understand usage patterns;
Diagnose errors or technical issues.
You may control certain cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies or storage may affect Website or Platform functionality.

Aaromach is based in the United States and primarily operates in Michigan and the United States.
If you access the Website or Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or in other locations where Aaromach’s service providers operate.
